Condition of Sale and Return Policy

ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. PLEASE FINALIZE AND CHECK ALL ITEMS BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDERS.

As per DIY Cabinetry policy, the customer is the sole individual responsible for the accuracy of any and all designs, measurements and calculations.

All unassembled cabinets in their original flat packs qualify for returns. All returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. ASSEMBLED ITEMS DO NO QUALIFY FOR RETURNS. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 3 DAYS FROM FROM RECEIVING SHIPMENT.

Damaged/shortages or exchange claims must be submitted within 24hrs of receiving the shipment. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITHIN THE ALOTED TIME FRAME.

All returns must be authorized and processed by diycabinetry.com before they can be shipped back. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Items will be inspected once they arrive at the warehouse. Credit will only be issued after inspection of the returned items. If any items are deemed unsellable, credit will not be issued for those items.

NO RETURNS on modified cabinets

NO RETURNS on assembled cabinets

NO RETURNS on moldings, fillers, trims, panels or hoods

NO RETURNS on accessories like trash pull outs, spice pull outs, glides, etc.

Damage Claims:

All damaged items must be submitted within 24hrs of receiving the shipment. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim within the allotted time frame.

Any products with visible damage at the time of receipt will need to be recorded on the BOL (Bill of Lading). The BOL must be signed by the driver who will issue an exception number. In order for us to process any shipping claims pictures of the pallet must be taken, showing any damages (Preferably before unloading) as well as a copy of the DRIVER’S BOL. Cancelations:

All sales are final once checked out.  Cancelation of processing or unpaid order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee/processing fee. Cancelation of shipped order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus costs of freight to return item(s) to the warehouse.

To request a refund, please email us at returns@diycabinetry.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. One of our sales representatives will be in touch with you to process your request.

Shipping & Handling

All DIY Cabinetry items are shipped from manufacture warehouses. Cabinets are shipped flat-packed in boxes. Each box is carefully placed on a pallet with protective material that keeps the cabinets in place and safe from the external environment.

Shipping times will vary depending on location with in the States. Typically you will receive your items anywhere from 3 to 5 days once the order has been processed and marked as shipped.

Once your order has been placed, our fulfillment team will verify that all your items are in stock and ready to be shipped. You will be notified if any items on your purchase order are not in stock. Typically understocked items may take up to 7-14 days to arrive from the time the order has been placed. All orders will be fulfilled with in 24-48hrs.

All orders above $2,000 are eligible for FREE shipping within the United States mainland.

No changes can be made to an order, shipment type or address once the order has been placed. Customers are responsible to identify and verify whether the shipping address is a business or residential address. If the address is misidentified, the shipment will end up back at the warehouse and the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus an administration fee before any refund is issued back to the customer. To avoid a return on order due to shipping circumstances, please verify that the delivery address is a business or residential address during checkout.

PLEASE VERIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND TYPE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER TO PREVENT UNDELIVERABLE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Note: Businesses located in residential neighborhoods are considered Residential

The driver is only responsible for lowering the pallet to the ground at the curb for Residential delivery services. Customers are responsible for moving and unloading the pallet from this location. Shipping companies may charge additional fees or refuse deliveries based on local conditions. These decisions are made exclusively by the discretion of the shipping company. The customer assumes all liabilities for all additional fees charged by the shipping company. Shipping companies WILL NOT unload the pallet for the customers. Please remove the shrink wrap and remove each box individually to avoid any damages.

ALL ITEMS ABOVE 50LB WILL BE SHIPPED BY FREIGHT TO AVOID DAMAGES
