What are RTA Cabinets?

RTA cabinets are Ready-to-Assemble cabinets that ship unassembled to our customers. This allows our customers to assemble these cabinets on their own while also saving on shipping and assembly costs that come with pre-assembled cabinets.

Do i have to register to order?

Yes all customers have to register first to order from our site. All items can be viewed before registration, but in order to checkout and view key DIY articles you must first register. Once registered you will have access to our FREE design service and all our DIY videos and articles. Don’t worry registration is easy!

Do you provide everything needed to assemble the cabinets?

Each box will arrive to you with everything you need to assemble your cabinets (Minus the equipment). This includes : brackets, hinges, drawer glides, bumpers for doors and nails.

Note: Handles or knobs will have to be purchased separately and are currently not supplied or sold by us. 

How do i assemble the cabinets?

Note: We are actively working on assembly videos and guides. If you don’t see what you are looking for, other assembly videos for the cabinets supplied can be found online. 

Do you really have the lowest prices?

Yes we do! Our unique relationship with suppliers allows us to supply industry leading cabinet brands at a price you will not see anywhere else period!

Do i have to be a contractor to order from you?

Absolutely not! We provide cabinets to all DIY savvy homeowners and contractors alike.

Do you have a Contractor program?

No, we do not have an active contractor program at the moment. At DIY Cabinetry, we like to give the power back to our homeowners when it comes to home renovations. We believe our prices,  paired with our outstanding customer support and quality cabinets, will rival most cabinet companies in the market. That being said, we welcome both contractors and homeowners alike!

Do you carry countertops or hardware?

We currently only provide Kitchen cabinets that are ready to assemble. All cabinets come with soft-close hinges and soft-close pull out drawers.

How do i take care of my cabinets?

We pride ourselves with carrying high quality and environmental friendly cabinets. Cleaning instructions can be found here.

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to Receive my Cabinets?

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24hours of purchase if all items are available. If all items are available, expect your items to be shipped to you within 3 to 5 business days.

In some cases items may have to be sourced from various locations or can be placed on back order. If this is the situation with your order, we will reach out to you and let you know what items may be shipped out at a later time.

Note: You will only be charged for items that get shipped out. Items on back order will be shipped out no later than 7 – 14 days after your order is placed.

What is your return policy?

To avoid the 25% restocking fee please check the accuracy of all measurements and items before placing an order. The customer is solely responsible for any measurements, designs and calculations.

All unassembled cabinets in their original packing as well as trims and accessories that have not been damaged are eligible for return, but will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges.

No returns are accepted after 3 days of receiving the items. 

Damages or exchanges must be reported within 24hr of receiving items. More info can be seen on our shipping and returns page.

What if i want to cancel my order?

All sales are final once checked out.  Cancelation of processing or unpaid order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee/processing fee. Cancelation of shipped orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus costs of freight to return item(s) to the warehouse.

Do your cabinets have a warranty?

Yes, each cabinet comes with a manufacture warranty that can be read here.

What do i do if my items were damaged during shipping?

All damaged items must be submitted within 24hrs of receiving the shipment. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim within the allotted time frame.

Any products with visible damage at the time of receipt will need to be recorded on the BOL (Bill of Lading). The BOL must be signed by the driver who will issue an exception number. In order for us to process any shipping claims pictures of the pallet must be taken, showing any damages (Preferably before unloading) as well as a copy of the DRIVER’S BOL.
